1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the NaturaProfessional.eu online shop (hereinafter referred to as the "online shop") and the purchase of products offered therein.

The owner and operator of the online shop is Naturasugar OÜ (registry code 14389094), located at Katusepapi 4/2, Tallinn, Estonia, e-mail: info@naturaprofessional.eu.

By placing an order in the online shop, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Validity of contract, product and price information

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from the online shop.

Product descriptions and prices are displayed next to each product in the online shop. All prices are indicated in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are added to the product price and depend on the delivery destination and the selected shipping method. Shipping costs are displayed to the customer during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Naturasugar OÜ reserves the right to change product prices, availability, and descriptions at any time. Prices valid at the time of placing the order apply to that order.

3. Placing an order and payment

To place an order, the customer must add the desired products to the shopping cart, complete the required fields, and select a suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order is then displayed on the screen.

Payments are processed securely via certified payment service providers. Payment solutions may include bank links, card payments, and other payment methods offered by the payment service provider. NaturaProfessional.eu does not store customers’ payment details.

The contract enters into force when the payable amount has been received in the bank account of the online shop and an order confirmation has been sent to the customer by e-mail.

The personal data required for payment processing is transferred to the authorized payment processor.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock shortages or other reasons, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and all payments made (including shipping costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days of notification.

4. Delivery

Goods are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Available delivery methods and shipping partners are displayed in the online shop during checkout.

Delivery times are indicative. Shipments within Estonia generally arrive within 2–5 business days from the entry into force of the contract. International deliveries may take longer depending on the destination. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.

The risk of damage or loss of goods passes to the customer upon receipt of the goods.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons (B2B customers).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must submit a clear statement of withdrawal by e-mail to info@naturaprofessional.eu within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The customer may only handle the goods to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If the goods show signs of use beyond what is permitted, the online shop has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

The customer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within this period.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer unless the return is due to non-conformity, a defective product, or an error by the online shop.

Refunds are issued without delay, but no later than within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or proof of return. The online shop has the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received.

If the customer has chosen a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by the online shop, the online shop is not obliged to refund the additional cost.

6. Defective goods

The online shop is responsible for the non-conformity of goods that existed at the time of delivery and which become apparent within two years of delivery.

During the first year after delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.

The customer must notify the online shop of a defect within two months of discovering it by contacting info@naturaprofessional.eu.

If the goods are defective, the online shop will repair or replace the goods. If repair or replacement is not possible, the online shop will refund all payments made under the sales contract.

The online shop will respond to complaints in writing or in a reproducible written format within 15 days.

7. Liability

Naturasugar OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the online shop, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

All content published on the NaturaProfessional.eu website, including texts, images, logos, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Naturasugar OÜ or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

9. Personal data and direct marketing

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy of NaturaProfessional.eu.

Personal data is used solely for processing orders, delivering goods, and fulfilling legal obligations. Data may be shared with payment and logistics service providers for these purposes.

Marketing messages and newsletters are sent only if the customer has given explicit consent. The customer may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in the e-mails or by contacting the online shop.

10. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

If disputes cannot be resolved through mutual agreement, the customer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee or other applicable dispute resolution bodies of the European Union. Court disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Naturasugar OÜ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes enter into force upon publication on the NaturaProfessional.eu website.
